Request a Repeat Prescription

Please use the below form to request a repeat prescription for your pet’s medication. A veterinarian will review your request, and a staff member will send you an SMS when it is ready for collection or phone you to discuss the medication further.

Running low on your pet’s medication and need to re-order?

Payment can be made at the clinic when you collect your order. Please allow 1 to 2 days for us to process your request.

Rye and Dromana Customers: Please note that these two locations are closed on weekends during winter, so allow a little extra time for your request to be processed. All other Peninsula Vet Care clinics remain open on weekends as usual.
